They change so quickly in those first few weeks. Photographing newborns is a huge passion of mine and I feel truly honoured I get to capture these moments for you. With years of experience in photographing babies and being a mum myself, your little one is in excellent hands. I care for your baby as if they were my own and your baby’s safety is my utmost number one priority in every session and of course I might steal a few cuddles along the way too.
The biggest compliment I get from my newborn clients is that they call me the baby whisperer and that I have patience of a saint which is so lovely to hear. I always joke that I wish I knew the techniques I know now when I had my 2 boys.
My Sunbury home studio creates a warm, relaxing environment for you to sit back, relax and let me work my magic. I have had a few dads fall asleep before and it definitely won’t be the last. Any opportunity to catch up on some sleep ay!
As a trained specialist newborn photographer, I am proud to have achieved my Master Craftsman qualification in Newborn and Baby Photography through The Guild of Photographers and also a member of the Newborn and Baby Photography Assiociation.
My sessions will give you timeless images and cherished memories for you to look back on for years to come.

The Session
Your shoot will last around 1 – 3 hours, depending on which collection you chose and to make sure we have plently time to capture lots of images for you.
Sessions take place in my home studio in Sunbury.
I have a wide range of blankets, wraps, hats, props, you name it. We will discuss the style and colours you would like beforehand.
Your newborn shoot includes:
- 1 – 3 hour shoot (depending on collection)

- A consultation beforehand and a newborn preparation guide
- Full use of blankets and props

A £49 non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. This secures your shoot and is deducted from your chosen collection.

We cannot recommend Hayley enough we visited her again this year for our second Daughters newborn shoot and a Christmas shoot too! She is always friendly, kind, professional and the pictures speak for themselves.. Stunning! They seem to get better and better everytime! YOUR QUESTIONS
When shall I book?
I can book you in as early as your 20 week scan. Most people book in well in advance to secure their space as I do get booked up rather quickly. If your little one has already arrived or due to arrive soon, don’t worry, I may be able to squeeze you in so please do still get in contact. I would book you in roughly 2 weeks after your due date. If baby arrives early/late, don’t worry we will just move your session for the right time.
When is it best to photograph my baby?
I find the best age for your baby is between 5 – 14days so they are still very sleepy and curly to create those beautiful womb like poses. If your baby is slightly over, don’t worry. I have photographed newborns in these poses up to 6 weeks old. They will just be more alert and need more patience to get them asleep. If not, awake shots are just as beautiful too.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes when booking, I require a £49 deposit to secure your space. This will then be deducted from your chosen collection and the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your session.
How long is the session?
The session can last anything between 2-3 hours. This allows enough time for me to provide you with a variety of images for you and those all important feeds and nappy changes if needed.
My sessions are all baby-led and I will go at your baby’s pace. Not every baby will want to sleep, not every baby will want to be posed in certain positions and because of that no two shoots are ever the same. I only book one session a day to make sure you feel relaxed and don’t feel rushed if we slightly go over.
Can I bring my other children?
Yes of course. All newborn sessions include family and sibling photos.
What happens after the session?
After your session, I will carefully hand edit your images for you. These will be ready to view from your private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session
